Represents the district in the U.S. House of Representatives, which writes federal laws, approves the federal budget and taxes, and oversees the executive branch.
2-year term. Colorado did not redraw its congressional map for 2026; the map adopted by the state's independent redistricting commission in 2021 remains in use. The district lies in El Paso County and is centered on Colorado Springs and its suburbs, including Cimarron Hills and Fort Carson. Steven Fuller (Unaffiliated) is a certified write-in candidate and is not printed on the ballot.
