Represents the district in the U.S. House of Representatives, which writes federal laws, approves the federal budget and taxes, and oversees the executive branch.

2-year term. Under the congressional map signed into law on May 4, 2026, the district covers northern and central Pinellas County, including Clearwater, and extends north into part of Pasco County; southern Pinellas County moved to other districts.
