Represents the district in the U.S. House of Representatives, which writes and votes on federal laws, taxes and spending.

2-year term. Under the 2026 map, the district includes all of Ashtabula, Geauga, Lake and Trumbull counties and parts of Portage and Mahoning counties in northeast Ohio.

    David Joyce, a Republican from Geauga County, has represented Ohio's 14th District since 2013. Before Congress he served about 25 years as Geauga County Prosecutor. He chairs the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Financial Services and General Government and was named to the Homeland Security Committee in 2026. His campaign emphasizes Great Lakes protection, opioid relief and his law enforcement background.

    Maria Jukic is an attorney from Euclid who served on Euclid City Council and worked for 24 years at the Cleveland Clinic, including in its arts and medicine program. She won the May 2026 Democratic primary and says she is running as a voice for the "massive middle," with a focus on health care costs, Social Security, immigration, taxes for working families, and data centers.
