Represents the district in the U.S. House of Representatives, which writes federal laws, approves the federal budget and taxes, and oversees the executive branch.
2-year term. Under the 2026 map, the district covers west-central and north-central Ohio, including all of Allen, Auglaize, Champaign, Hardin, Logan, Marion, Mercer, Morrow, Shelby, Union and Van Wert counties and parts of Clark (including Springfield), Delaware and Richland counties; cities include Lima, Marion and Mansfield.

Jim Jordan
