Key dates
- Tue, October 13, 2026: Voter registration deadlineOnline registrations must be received by 11:59 p.m.; mailed applications must be postmarked by Oct 13.
- Wed, October 21, 2026: Early in-person voting beginsOct 21–31 at the county courthouse, annex or designated community voting locations during business hours, and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the last two Saturdays (Oct 24 and Oct 31).
- Wed, October 28, 2026: Absentee ballot application deadlineApplications from eligible voters must be received by the county clerk no later than Oct 28.
- Sat, October 31, 2026: Early in-person voting ends
- Mon, November 2, 2026: Last day to hand-deliver an absentee ballotHand-delivered absentee ballots must reach the county clerk's office by Nov 2. No person may deliver more than two absentee ballots.
- Tue, November 3, 2026: Election DayPolls open 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Mailed absentee ballots must be postmarked on or before Election Day and received by the county clerk before the canvass begins on Nov 9 (ballots with no postmark must arrive by Nov 4).
