Represents the district in the U.S. House of Representatives, which writes federal laws, approves the federal budget and taxes, and oversees the executive branch.

2-year term. Open seat: no incumbent is running. The district covers southeastern New Hampshire, including Greater Manchester, the Seacoast and the Lakes Region. The seat is open because incumbent Democrat Chris Pappas is running for U.S. Senate. Stefany Shaheen won the September 8, 2026 Democratic primary and Anthony DiLorenzo won the Republican primary.
