U.S. Representative, New York District 4

Represents the district in the U.S. House of Representatives, which writes federal laws, approves the federal budget and taxes, and oversees the executive branch.

2-year term. The district covers central and southern Nassau County and lies entirely within the Town of Hempstead. New York is using the same congressional map as in 2024. Gillen appears on the Democratic line, Driscoll on the Republican and Conservative lines, and Tarnoff on the Libertarian line. Gillen's June 23, 2026 Democratic primary was canceled after two challengers did not qualify for the ballot; Driscoll won the Republican primary.
