U.S. Representative, Pennsylvania District 10
Represents the district in the U.S. House of Representatives, which writes federal laws, approves the federal budget and taxes, and oversees the executive branch.
2-year term. The district covers the Harrisburg and York areas, including all of Dauphin County, most of Cumberland County and the northern part of York County. Republican Rep. Scott Perry, in Congress since 2013, was unopposed in the May 19, 2026 Republican primary; former news anchor Janelle Stelson, the 2024 Democratic nominee, won the Democratic primary over Dauphin County Commissioner Justin Douglas.

Scott Perry
U.S. Representative, Pennsylvania District 10 (in Congress since 2013)Scott Perry is a Republican who has served in the U.S. House since 2013, a retired Pennsylvania Army National Guard brigadier general and a former chair of the House Freedom Caucus. His campaign emphasizes lower taxes and less regulation, immigration enforcement, energy independence and protecting Medicare and Social Security.
Janelle Stelson
Former news anchor, WGAL-TVJanelle Stelson is a former WGAL-TV news anchor who spent nearly 40 years in journalism and was the Democratic nominee for this seat in 2024. Her campaign focuses on living costs, ethics measures such as term limits and a congressional stock trading ban, health care, Social Security and abortion rights.
