U.S. Representative, Texas District 15
Represents the district in the U.S. House of Representatives, which writes federal laws, approves the federal budget and taxes, and oversees the executive branch.
2-year term. Under the 2026 map (enacted in 2025), the district runs from Hidalgo County in the Rio Grande Valley, including Edinburg and Weslaco, northeast through rural counties between Corpus Christi, San Antonio and Victoria, including communities such as Falfurrias, Alice, Sinton, Beeville, Cuero and Gonzales. Two candidates are on the general-election ballot: Republican incumbent Monica De La Cruz and Democrat Bobby Pulido.
